Heritage Society

The Heritage Society is comprised of ordinary people who have shown extraordinary generosity by leaving legacy gifts to provide support for the community and make a difference for years to come. The Lehigh Valley Jewish Foundation honors individuals who have made planned gifts or endowments of $100,000 or more. Each Heritage Society member receives recognition in Federation publications as well as invitations to exclusive events. You can become a member in many different ways, each offering financial and tax benefits. These include an outright donation of cash or stock, a bequest in a will, life insurance, designation of a retirement asset or IRA, IRA charitable rollover (if eligible), or a life income plan such as a charitable remainder trust or a charitable gift annuity.

Heritage Society gifts can be structured to benefit the Jewish Federation of the Lehigh Valley and/or any other Federation constituent agency, synagogue, or other qualified charitable organizations.
